How to use the text editor in Forms

You are now able to easily customize text in a form including changing fonts, sizes, adding images, tables, and much more.

  1. To use the text editor, go to the Forms library and either edit an existing form or start a new one.

    • In this example, we are going to edit the Fire Extinguisher Inspection Checklist.

  2. Highlight where you would like the text editor to show up on the form, and then click add form element.

  3. Select text editor under the elements heading.

  4. Click on the text field and the properties will display on the right hand side.

    • You’re able to hide this field, add permission guards and conditional logic. The editor has all the capabilities of the Wombat document editor including ability to bold text, change size, add in a link, a table and an image.

  5. Once all looks good, click save and publish.
