How to Preview a Form

We’re excited to announce that you can now preview a form in Wombat before publishing it.

This new feature lets you test how the form behaves—without needing to do a full submission. To view preview, select Preview at the top of the screen. You’ll see exactly what the form will look like when it’s live, and can switch between desktop, tablet, and mobile views to check formatting.

Preview mode also allows you to test conditional logic. For example, in this form, a section is set to appear only when the “Witnesses” checkbox is selected. When we check the box, the section becomes visible—just as expected.

You can also view all workflow steps in this preview. To do that, click the workflow icon at the top of the screen.

When you’re ready to make edits, simply click the preview button again to return to edit mode.
