How to generate email notifications for certain events

Notification configurations can be associated with forms, tasks, and trainings to isolate what events you want email notifications for.

How to generate email notifications for certain events

1. Click Admin in the bottom left-hand corner.

2. Select notification config.

3. Click the create notification config button in the top right-hand corner.

4. Enter the name.

5. Toggle what action you’d like to trigger a notification.

6. Enter the notification target and any users that require notification.

7. Click create. You can now attach this notification config to a training type or a form.
