How to Email a Form

Wombat is excited to share a new feature — you can now email a completed form directly.

Here’s how to set it up. First, go to the form you want to share and click Edit. Highlight the section of the form, click Workflow Step, and turn on “Allow external share.” You’ll need to do this for every section in the workflow you want to share. Once you're done, click Save and Publish.

Now, when someone completes the form and hits Submit, they'll see an option to email a copy.
Toggle it on, type in the email address, and click Continue.

The person you’ve emailed will get a link to view the form. They won’t be able to edit it, but they can print it by right-clicking and selecting Print.

To see a record of all shared forms, go to Admin at the bottom left, select Share, and click “Show form instance shares.”

From there, Click the QR icon to open the form. Remove the “QR” from the URL to view the form. Click the pencil icon to see which email it was sent to. And if you need to revoke access, click the trash icon. If someone tries to open a deleted form, it won’t load.
