How to add a support phone number

We want to make it easy for users to get the help that they need. The support button will take them directly to the Wombat Help Portal. Consultants are also able to add in a custom phone number for their clients to call with questions.

This phone number is added in at the tenant level.

1. To add it, click admin, and enter support phone number in the contact information.

2. To have it display on the navigation bar, ensure the “show support info” is checked on.
