Exporting Form Data into Excel
We’re excited that you can now export form submissions to excel! This enhancement gives you more flexibility to analyze and manage your data, making reporting and decision-making faster and more efficient.
Here’s how it works:
Start by navigating to the Forms Library in Wombat, then go to the Form Submissions tab.
Use the Filter option to locate the specific form you’d like to export.
In the Wombat view, you can click Columns to customize which columns are displayed. This helps you focus on the most relevant data while working in the app.
It’s important to note. When you export to Excel, all columns from the form submission will be included in the exported file. This ensures you have access to the full dataset, so you can manipulate and format it as needed once in Excel.
When you’re ready to export, simply click the Export to Excel button. The file will download instantly, and you can open it in Excel to start working with your data.
